Planning a wedding can be difficult, especially if you’re the first of your girlfriends to take the plunge and are in need of some advice. Luckily, there is a local mixer for brides-to-be, where they can connect, share tips and tricks, and get advice for planning their weddings.
My Bridal Stuff, a website for wedding planning resources, recently launched the Bridal Club, a community for brides-to-be, which meets locally every third Monday of the month. The Kickoff Mixer will be held July 16 from 6:30–8:30 p.m. at the Courtyard by Marriott Cal Expo. Brides can enjoy appetizers, sweets, a fun photo booth, raffle prizes, wedding coupon books and bridal magazines. In addition to all the great swag up for grabs, there will be three wedding planning tutorials: “Bridal Makeup 101,” “Bridal Gown Shopping 101” and “How to Paint your Wedding.”
If you’re a bride feeling a little lost or overwhelmed with the planning, this will be the perfect evening to relieve some of the stress with other engaged women who know how you’re feeling. For more information, click here.
