WSO (Weddings & Special Occasions) Hair & Makeup Artisans is the brainchild of Dawn Bacchi. With 25 years in the hair, makeup and fashion industry, Bacchi’s spent a lot of time beautifying a lot of people.  She’s also the owner of a private salon in Auburn. (See our write-up here.)
