Steamy Engagement Session by True Love Photo! Steamy Engagement Session by True Love Photo!

Check out this H-O-T engagement session by True Love Photo! This couple -- Valerie and Alex -- also had some sexy shots done at the Citizen Hotel in a very moody style. This shoot rocks and these people are beautiful. And the images are fun. You have to check out the rest of these on her blog, posted Sept. 29, 2009.

How To Theme An Engagement Party How To Theme An Engagement Party

According to the ultimate reference, Martha Stewart (OK, Martha Stewart Living) suggests using a couple's interests or the actual location where they were engaged to choose a theme for an engagement party. For instance, if you were engaged in San Francisco, you can use the city's theme in decor and food choices, down to clam chowder served in a bread bowl. Or, if a couple is really into an activity (like softball or bowling), use that to guide the theme. "Ask Martha" editor reminds readers, "The event has to be personal." Our Wedding editor Haley reminds readers: the event should also be fun! (tips from "Ask Martha," p. 97, March 2009).
