I stopped by Nothing Bundt Cakes in Loehmann’s Plaza the other day, and you, dear Our Wedding blog readers, immediately came to mind. Are you looking for a different, fun dessert for your engagement party, bridal shower or wedding but are tired of the cupcake trend? Well here ya go! I was really impressed with the store’s massive (and I’m talking in terms of both size and scope) binder full of photos of all of the different ways to have your Bundt cake decorated. You can get your cake stand alone or have it tiered for a more “wedding cake” look. And if you like the idea of cupcakes but just not the cupcake itself, consider a Bundtini. (It’s a Bundt cake cupcake.) You have a choice of nine flavors—red velvet, chocolate chocolate chip, pecan praline, marble, cinnamon swirl, white white chocolate, white chocolate raspberry, lemon and carrot—plus a flavor of the month.
