This romantic couple had a fairytale wedding in the Santa Cruz Mountain woods.

ROWBOAT ROMANCE—Nicholas proposed to Annalesa in San Francisco, on Stow Lake. He told her they were going on a date—not so unusual for him, a romantic. They rowed a boat out to the center of the lake, where Nick got down on one knee and asked Annalesa to spend forever with him. Her answer, of course, was yes.
OH, SO GREEN—“Nick and I both love the outdoors,” says Annalesa, “so we wanted the venue to really speak to that.” Saratoga Springs, nestled in the low Santa Cruz Mountains just off Highway 9, fit the bill perfectly with towering trees and lots of ferns and shrubbery. “With all the foliage, all we needed was a clean crisp white to set the tone,” Annalesa says.
MEMORABLE MOMENT—For Annalesa, the culmination of all the planning came when she stood at the top of the aisle preparing to walk. “Seeing all of the important people in our lives in one place, mixed with the smile on Nick’s face . . . it was just priceless.”
