From a first date at Paesanos to their wedding a few blocks away, this couple has been inseparable for the past six years.

NOTHING ON YOUTUBE—René and Jordan got engaged in their own house on Christmas Day 2014, after coming home from a family dinner, to the sounds of their first song, “Corazon Sin Cara” by Prince Royce. It was intimate and quietly emotional, “nothing like those huge YouTube famous couples,” they say.
EXCHANGING COINS—They incorporated the Catholic coin ceremony into their wedding, symbolizing a commitment to use all resources jointly for the family benefit. René’s mom got the coins blessed by a local church.
YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE—So the Chiavari chairs, upgraded floral centerpieces and enhanced wedding cake details were added to the budget. Still, Jordan offers this advice: “Don’t stress about the tablecloths! Don’t overthink the details! In the end, the entire experience will happen so fast.”
WARNING—“Do not drink too much on the big day,” says Jordan, adding that he and René both drank more than they intended because of nerves and a lot of dancing. “This led to a hungover plane ride to Europe early the next day,” he says.
